Born in Austria and raised in Germany and Belgium, Chef Joey brings a truly European perspective to every menu he creates. Having been educated throughout Europe and working in luxury catering for more than 25 years, he has developed a culinary style that blends classical European techniques with contemporary creativity. His passion for outstanding ingredients, refined presentation, and unforgettable dining experiences is at the heart of every event.
Outside the kitchen, Joey is an avid sports enthusiast with a special love for tennis—whether playing on the court or watching the world's best compete. He also enjoys discovering exceptional cuisine, sharing memorable meals, and spending quality time with great friends and family.

Born and raised in Germany and Vienna, Helen’s creative foundation was shaped by her studies in Austria and Italy and her extensive background in design, fashion, and entertainment.
Over the past decade, she has become a sought-after curator of luxury events throughout Palm Beach, known for her sophisticated aesthetic, impeccable organization, and ability to transform ideas into beautifully realized experiences.
Drawing inspiration from art, music, design, and her extensive international travels, Helen brings an innate sense of style to every celebration. Her approach blends timeless elegance with contemporary sophistication, creating events that are distinctive, immersive, and uniquely personal.
