MEET THE TEAM
Joey Leuze moved to the Palm Beaches in 2008, determined to bring a fresh wind and modern European flair to the lavish but very traditional South Florida catering scene.
Joey's culinary education started in his moms French restaurant at Lake Constance and led him through the south of Europe and parts of the United States before settling down in Florida.
Joeys great passion is entertaining.
He loves sharing his delicious food, beautiful plating, and impeccably executed events.
If he is not in the kitchen, he might be in the backyard playing soccer with his son Henry.
Rainer Neumann is a European master chef with a long and successful career in catering management and restaurant ownership. As a Catering Director he has created events for individuals, corporate entities, political figures and royalty.
Rainer prides himself on events that are planned and executed to an exceptionally high standard with the freshest of ingredients, a creative flair and impeccable service.
In rare moments of downtime, Rainer can be found on either the tennis court or out on the water, sailing with family and friends.
